Free Delivery Information
Delivery is usually made the next day if you ordered before 4pm. Next day delivery only applies to Mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas. Next day delivery excludes weekends – please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.
Orders placed after 4pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday. Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery tables for pricing.
Some items such as heavy catering equipment items and some crockery have an extended delivery time, they are normally delivered within 5 working days although some times 7 to 10 working days may be required, we will contact you shortly after receiving the order to advise you if we foresee any delays. Please note: we cannot guarantee times of delivery but can contact the drivers on occasion if required for some products.
Once we receive your order, we will process and aim to despatch this on the same day providing the order has been completed before 4pm, otherwise it will roll over onto the next days’ orders. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery of your order unless you have specified an express delivery. Equipment may be sent direct from our suppliers, depending on the product. Therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We endeavour to get the back ordered stock to you as quickly as possible. Our aim is to always have stock available on all the website items. Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Standard UK Delivery Service (Next Day)
- Free delivery on web orders requires a minimum order value of £50 (ex VAT).
- A delivery charge of £4.95 (ex VAT) will be charged for orders with a value of less than £50 (ex VAT).

Direct Delivery Items
Some items such as heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery have an extended delivery time as they are delivery directly from our supplier.
Although most items will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days we cannot guarantee delivery times for these products.
Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers’ responsibility.
Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
What to do when your goods arrive
We pack your goods very carefully to prevent damage. On receipt unpack the parcel carefully and check items received against the delivery note please look for any damage to the parcel before you sign the delivery note.
Please note: It is the Purchasers responsibility to inspect the equipment at the time of taking delivery. Should equipment arrive damaged, the delivery note, driver’s paperwork or electronic pad should be endorsed accordingly and the Company notified immediately by phone and must be in sent in writing by e-mail, fax or letter within 48 hours. We will then take the appropriate action.
You have the right to refuse delivery of a damaged item, please inform us immediately by telephone or email if this is the case.
Claims for damage will not be entertained on a clear signature or if signed unexamined, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and shall be bound to make payment therefore on the due date
